ASBXScriptMap w/ December Futures CTP

I am getting an error on the ASBXScriptMap when installing the December
Futures CTP. I will assume that this is an error on setting up the script
mapping. I am running onWindows XP with VS.NET 2k5. Is there any info on
manually setting up the ASBX ScriptMap?
