Yes, those version numbers are both correct. The AtlasControlExtender DLL was compiled and codesigned and uploaded to CodePlex earlier than the release of the entire Toolkit. The version numbers matched in our last release, but won't always. For example, if the Extender DLL doesn't change before our next release, we'll include the same 60616 version with that release.
Your attention to detail is great - but there's nothing to worry about this time! :)
