I just checked. Have they fixed validator problem where Script manager partial render caused all validators to post back even if invalid data is entered?

Good o hear that. So all we need is to replace DLL
of April CTP with Old CTP (Last Version) and compile the
project and validator will fix?

One more thing. When I use Web Part zone
in updatepanel and in zone a grid. At first when
I load the page the webpart minimize or maximize work but
when data is submited or grid event triggered than
web part zone doesn't show minimize or maximize till I
refresh the page. Any idea to fix that problem?
